The Copenhagen Communiqué on Climate Change was launched globally today, Tuesday 22nd September, culminating in a media press launch in New York at 8AM EST. Ed Miliband, UK Secretary of State for Energy & Climate Change, joined CEOs from large companies around the world to officially present the Communiqué.
